What a laugh...Overclockers...got my board but was a little sus with the packaging. No security seal on the box or the anti static bag for the board. The 3 way SLi also no bag and looked like it had fingers prints on it. Still though I went ahead with the the installation...Board was mounted in the case with processor, memory and 1 graphics card. Pushed the power button and...BANG! A big orange spark lept out of the case. One of the diodes on the board was cracked and smoldering. Rebuilt my computer over the weekend with the original components but it wouldn't start. Switched it on this morning after pulling the bois battery out and its all running again. Now awiating a refund from Overclockers and I am going to invest my money in my bike! No upgrading and no buying anything from Overclockers again.  Angry

Overclockers are great if things are right but if not they are notoriously bad for sorting out defective parts. Their forum has a section for tracking RMAs as well: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=119

Hmm, you're the only person I know who has had a problem with OC's. They are normally great.

What was the company that dispatched it? They may have been the ones that screwed you over.

Have a read around on the net, there are hundreds of people disgruntled with overclockers service especially when it comes to RMAs.

Wierd, is that recently? Last thing I bought from them was my GFX card, of which was at a brilliant price, and it arrived the next day.

Play.com and OC's give me no grief.

Steam and EA are quite the opposite.
